To prepare for our arrival you should clear furniture that is to be moved of breakables and electronics. Also remove any items that add weight to furniture such as books and knick knacks. Please move any small furniture that you can ahead of time such as chairs and magazine racks. This will speed up the cleaning process and allow your carpet to dry quicker. When we arrive please inform us of any special considerations like  broken or damaged furniture or anything else that we should be aware of.

What is included in your service?

Our service is very complete and includes many steps such as:

• Pre-Inspection: We will examine your carpet and determine its needs. Every carpet and soiling condition is different and must be treated differently. The Pre-Inspection will allow us to choose the proper method to clean your carpet.
• Furniture Moving: Removing and replacing of small furniture that is reasonably movable by one man.
• Pre-Treatment: We treat stains and spots as necessary and apply a general treatment to the entire carpet.
• Carpet Cleaning: We use our patented Bane-Clene System to thoroughly deep clean your carpet.
• Post Inspection: We inspect the carpet after the cleaning to be sure that the cleaning was done to your satisfaction.
• Protection and Grooming: When required we will protect the carpet and groom it for a finished look.

What should I do after you leave?

To decrease drying times leave ceiling fans on and keep your homes temperature above 72 degrees using your homes HVAC system.

How frequently should my carpet be cleaned?

This depends greatly on how the carpet is used, the type of soil it is exposed to, its color, the presence of pets and many other factors. In general carpet should be cleaned at least every one to one and a half years. Commercial carpet will require cleaning much more frequently. It should be cleaned every six to twelve months.
